Looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for immediate start at a school in Southwark.
Must have an enhanced DBS within 3 years as working at a school.
Six week contract but potentially longer.

Dutues Include:
- Serving as the main point of contact
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Creating a general workflow
- Maintaining office supplies
- Enforcing office protocols and policies
- Answering calls and other receptionist duties
Key Skills:
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work efficiently
- Proficient in a range of IT packages
- Ability to support decision making by assessing qualitative and quantitative information
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: £12.60 per hour
