Business Support Officer

Job Description

The post holder will work as part of a dynamic, collaborative team and provide comprehensive administrative and logistical business administration support to the Transformation Directorate within the New Hospital Programme.

• Organise and manage documentation for meetings and events
• Organise and produce reports, papers, presentations and other similar documentation
• Organise and plan meetings and events as directed
• Work closely with other team members to improve current practices and processes to achieve best possible outcomes.
• Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems
• Flexible approach to work in line with the needs of the business.
• Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment.

• Effectively manage the schedule of hospital builds within market and resource constraints, to time, quality and cost.
• Engage with supply chain partners over the long term and incentivise those partners against delivery of outcomes across the whole programme.
