Job Description
The post holder will work as part of a dynamic, collaborative team and provide comprehensive administrative and logistical business administration support to the Transformation Directorate within the New Hospital Programme.
- Organise and manage documentation for meetings and events
- Organise and produce reports, papers, presentations and other similar documentation
- Organise and plan meetings and events as directed
- Work closely with other team members to improve current practices and processes to achieve best possible outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective electronic and paper filing systems
- Flexible approach to work in line with the needs of the business.
- Operate in a highly political and sensitive environment.
The New Hospital Programme is in the Government’s Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) and is subject to processes and assurance led by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority.
the DHSC and NHSE are establishing a programme approach and mobilising a joint programme level delivery capability, to:
- Effectively manage the schedule of hospital builds within market and resource constraints, to time, quality and cost.
- Engage with supply chain partners over the long term and incentivise those partners against delivery of outcomes across the whole programme.
