Job Description Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities:Set strategic priorities: Conduct analyses that establish the strategic priorities for our Web3 Development team and inform product development, deal models, and resourcing / budgeting.Commercialize products: Develop strategy for emerging products by analyzing business opportunities, identifying competitive dynamics, and synthesising product performance data.Inform go-to-market strategy: Build business cases, refine product pricing, and develop incentive structures for our commercial products in collaboration with product leads.Establish partnerships: Build and improve sustainable relationships with strategic partners globally.Optimize operation outcome: Work closely with Developer and product teams, write and publish announcements and other product documents. Requirements:4+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations and Business DevelopmentMust have 3+ years of professional experience in the Blockchain space, must have experience in Decentralized Ecosystems (DAO, Defi, GameFi and etc), Investment(Venture Capital),Digital securities and work experience in listed companyAbility to translate technical concepts into concise, easy-to-understand language Champion autonomous collaboration and setting up scalable operational processesFunctional understanding of cryptocurrency networks, industry trends and the associated theory around Web3/blockchain Apply Go Back
