Job Description
Apardion are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant who can assist with the administrative tasks which supports Apardion's operations.
This is a part time role, the hours are from 08:30am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday and is based in city centre of Aberdeen.
Previous administrative experience is desired, onsite training will be provided, confidence using email, Word and Excel is required. The applicant should have excellent communication skills and should be able to work well on their own and in a team. The applicant should also have excellent organisation skills, as they will be providing support to various different departments and directly assisting with the maintenance of Apardion's 9001 Quality Management System.
The role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
· Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
· Maintains accurate records for employee personnel files
· Photocopies and files appropriate documents
· Interacts with clients and company management as a point of contact for company administration issues
· Responsible for providing administrative support for the organisation
· Maintaining inventory of office and equipment supplies
