Business Watch Guarding Ltd is the largest independent security company in Shropshire, serving Shropshire and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves with delivering an exceptional service to our customers.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 security officers to join Business Watch Guarding Ltd. At Business Watch you will be joining a workforce of dedicated workers who strive to be the best, you will be stationed at one of our static sites in WV7.

All guards will start at £10.42 an hour. Mustbe willing to cover holiday on this site.

Duties

· Basic switchboard operation

· Alarm testing

· Facilities check

· Access and egress control

· Foot patrols

· CCTV monitoring

· Dealing with client vehicles and equipment

The ideal candidate will have the following

· An excellent level of customer service (essential)

· Fluency in English both spoken and written (essential)

· A good level of computer literacy (essential)

· A valid SIA licence in security guarding / door supervision (essential)

· A good understanding of the security industry (an advantage)

· A full driving licence with no unspent disqualifications (advantage)

Full training and health and safety induction will be given

Shift pattern

Person A – Sat (0800 – 2000), Sun (0800 – 2000), Mon (1700 – 0800)

Person B – Fri (1700 – 0800), Sat (2000 – 0800), Sun (2000 – 0800)

Person C – Tues (1700 – 0800), Wed (1700 – 0800), Thurs (1700 – 0800)

You will be paid £10.42 an hour and will be paid monthly on the 7th for all hours completed the previous month. Any hours worked on a bank holiday will be paid at double time.

For holiday allowance you will be given 28 days holiday per year pro rata.
