Purpose of Role:
To work as part of a team ensuring goods are picked, packed and sent out in an accurate, timely, safe and cost efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the stock is correct

Packing orders to ensure they travel without damages and with the correct packing list

Ensuring the order goes to the correct delivery address

Reading and acting on special instructions to avoid delay in delivery

Being able to follow procedures on Sage and relevant carriers software

Administration tasks for Customers as required

Ensuring you remain professional when dealing with customers

Assisting with Contracted / Export Bulk orders

Assisting with cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock

Ensuring down time is minimised and always looking for ways to improve

Ensure process documentation exists for all tasks, is accurate, updated regularly and followed

Ensure high standards of housekeeping in packing areas
