Claims Administrator (Part-Time, Job-Share, or Full-Time)
Location: Swindon (with hybrid working)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

The opportunity:
Do you have administration experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and high-volume role? If so, we would love to hear from you! Zurich Corporate risk are looking for a Life Claim’s administrator to join their team in Swindon. Don’t worry, we’re not expecting you to have claims experience!
This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
What will you be doing?
As a Life Claims Administrator, you will work closely with our Life Claims Case Managers, providing administrative support and dealing with customer queries both over the telephone and in writing.
There will be a lot of spinning plates in this role! Some of your daily tasks would include monitoring the team mailbox, contacting the coroner’s office to obtain verification required for the assessment of claims and dealing with all kinds of customer queries.
You will need to maintain productivity as well as ensuring the quality and service standards are maintained.
Who are we looking for?
As we mentioned, we’re not expecting you to have Claims experience. It would be great if you have strong administration experience and ideally in a high volume and fast paced environment.
Customers are key to everything we do, so we would expect you to share our passion for providing excellent customer service.
You will work closely with internal colleagues, including Case Managers so having the ability to build strong relationships is essential.
