Job Description
Role: Senior People Services Advisor (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: London, we offer a mixture of hybrid and office based working.
Employment Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, starting in June 2023.
Here at Gousto we have a great opportunity for a Senior People Services Advisor to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. As part of the People Services Team you will play a vital role in supporting the business and wider People team by acting as the first point of contact for various People queries, promoting and delivering a great HR experience.
Reporting into the People Services Team Manager you will manage three People Services Assistants while supporting the People Services Team Manager with key project work & initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage employee lifecycle for our senior stakeholders and HR, including, onboarding of new starters and leavers, changes to terms and conditions of employment, Payroll administration, maternity & paternity and adoption leave entitlements etc.

First line of contact for senior stakeholders and HR employee queries

Act as an escalation point to the Advisors, supporting and guiding them with any People related matters

Conducting regular meetings with the People Services Assistants, managing probation and performance reviews, return to work interviews and other people manager activities

Maintain all people-related documents on a dedicated People site (Wiki, gDrive, Employee Portal), including guides, process maps and policies to provide clear accountabilities and transparency

Support People Services Advisors with owning all processes from start to end, ensuring these are compliant, kept up to date and delivered consistently. In addition, identify improvements and efficiencies, offer recommendations and drive them through to implementation

Work with the other members to improve service delivery and ensure we maintain legal / policy compliance

Develop strong and trusted relationships within the department and throughout the business to enable effective collaboration on all People initiatives

Deliver ad-hoc training on People processes and procedures, in line with business needs and legislation changes
