Shift Manager - Birmingham
My client are leading the way in changing the shape of airport parking by providing a service that customers can trust.
Based at their Birmingham site, they are looking for a fantastic people manager to join our diverse and dynamic team as a Shift Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to build upon their experience in a fast paced, operational environment.
As a Shift Manager, you will have ownership of the day to day operation of a busy airport car park. You will need to be able to engage and inspire members of the team, driving forwards the core principles of the business - Great Service, Ownership, Team Spirit, Innovation and Trust. You will ensure that the customer remains at the forefront of everything you do.
Working for my client no two shifts are ever the same, so you will be someone who can lead from the front, make a positive contribution through effective deployment of resources and get the best from your people through great communication skills together with utilising 1-2-1s, appraisals and team development.
My client are looking for experienced Shift / Team Managers. People who can clearly demonstrate the role of managing a shift, with people management skills plus experience working in a high volume / high pressure environment such as logistics / airport operations etc. They are looking for dynamic individuals who can cope with responsibility and pressure.
Requirements

· ● Full UK Driver’s Licence

Salary - up to £34,800 DOE plus profit share bonus & benefits Hours - 12 hour shifts, days and nights - 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
