Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Graphic Design Manager:

• Lead a small team, ensuring deadlines are hit and work is delivered at a high level
• Creation of large brand assets to bring to life this retail brand
• Creation of POS assets to assist cyclical promotional campaigns
• Work with external creative agency on overall long term creative concepts
• Create assets and toolkits for external marketing communications campaigns
• Maintain 'brand books' and ensure brand identity across all creative work

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Graphic Design Manager:

• Detailed understanding and working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent people manager who is able to get the most out of a talented team
• Able to manage multiple projects from concept to implementation
• Ideally experience within the Retail/FMCG space
