Night shifts | Monday to Sunday | Part-time and Full-time | Flexibility | Consistent Work
£11.00 per hour + 10% bonus after 3 month probation period.
Immediate Start.
We are recruiting for full time and part time Support workers to work with a young man with a great sense of humour and a friendly personality. He enjoys having his care team around him and has a great time with them. He loves movies and actors and enjoys watching films.
He requires 2:1 support with his complex clinical needs. He uses a BiPAP and also has a rig in place. All training needed will be provided by our in house nurse and family are also happy to provide guidance to staff who are willing to learn. Transport can be provided if needed.
We require:
· A minimum of at least 6 months care experience in support work
· Level 2 QCF/NVQ in health and social care or equivalent is desired but not essential.
· Fluent in English and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
· Ability to report on clients condition in a clear and concise manner; both written and verbally.

Previous experience as a Support Worker is very desirable, notably in the areas of hoisting, rig, BiPAP and must be confident in administering medication. All training will be provided. The job requires you to be flexible and work alternate weekends. If you are interested in joining our friendly team. You must be dog friendly as there is a family dog.
