Day or Nights Shifs

Shift Times: 8:00 - 8:00
A Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) is needed by Find Medic for one of our long-standing clients.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) involves:
- Ensuring the highest level of care, welfare, and protection for each and every resident.
- Completing new resident physical and psychological evaluations upon admission.
- Creating resident-specific care plans.
- Updating care plans daily.
- Safely administering and recording of medication
- Effective communication with outside vendors and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
- Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
- To ensure that each person's needs are recognised and met with the utmost dignity, respect, and privacy, use a person-centered approach.
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
- You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
- Clear DBS.
