We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the link between Shared Services and our business objectives by supporting the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and positioning tasks.
- Define specifications and business analysis requirements
- Link key insights and findings to the key stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Design, document and maintain system processes
- Develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance projects
- Establish ways to improve monitoring, discover problems and deliver better value to stakeholders
- Experience as a Business Analyst is essential
- A degree in IT / Computer Science / similar relevant degree
- Proven experience in producing requirements and testing
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques
- SQL queries ideally
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
