We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail oriented and enjoy working in an active work environment. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance and repairs as well as inspecting facilities to ensure that all safety precautions are met.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair equipment.
- Receive and interpret maintenance instructions.
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Review and record operational logs.
- Handle inventory and materials management duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,979.00-£28,320.00 per year
