Job Role:
We are looking for a team member to join our rapidly expanding family hospitality business as a member of our Store Management at our Queens Park location. The store is set to open in Spring therefore full training will be provided at our Great Western Road location.
Hours:
Full Time (40hrs)
Needs to be fully flexible over 7 days
Wage:
£11.42-£13.42 per hour
Main responsibilities:
Banking responsibilities
Rota and scheduling responsibilities (scheduling, tagging employees, etc..)
Shift Management
Employee Delegation
Managing the company’s Key Performance Indicators
Efficient communication throughout all departments
Ordering and Stock Management duties
Employee Management
Office duties- basic computer skills preferable
Maintenance and Mandatory Compliance reporting
Upholding shops standards daily
Upholding product standards daily
Training and recruiting new employees
Ensuring day to day running of the shop runs smoothly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.42-£13.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
