The successful candidate should be able to deliver a behavioural model which is clear, effective, promotes rewards and builds trust and confidence in staff, pupils, and parents. You will line manage a team comprising Heads of Year ( teaching ) and Pastoral Support Officers ( non-teaching) playing a key role in the evolvement of the school.
