We are looking for a Operations/General Manager.
Having recently been acquired by a group of companies we are seeking somebody to head up our new management team, reporting directly to the group CEO you will be ultimately responsible for delivery of budget.
We are looking for someone who is hands on and can serve as the intersection between production, sales and quality. To ensure that our business runs smoothly and any problems are handled quickly. We are based across 3 sites in Ross-on-Wye and are going through a period of growth and operational change as we operational improvements, such as a new MRP system.
This is an autonomous role with support and the right person can grow into a General Manager/Managing Director role as the company grows organically and via further planned acquisitions to the group.
