We are looking for an "Office Assistant & Bookkeeper" position to be assigned in our London office.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities and relevant fields,

· Minimum 1 year of experience in office processes and administrative affairs,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish is a must,

· Strong communication skills,

· Good team player with proven experience in accounting or legal firm,

· Self-disciplined and self-motivated,

· Ability to time management,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Dealing with phone calls, telephone query and communicating clients in a professional manner.

· Greeting clients and visitors and Booking appointments,

· Collecting documents and information from clients on time and managing files and documents efficiently,

· Experience in invoicing, data entry and bookkeeping.

· Updating paperwork and assisting other colleagues and accountants,

· Performing other general office work and admin duties,

· Follow up the office business in Tax Office i.e. HMRC, Company house, Public and Government,

· Assisting new overseas clients with setting up bank accounts in the UK,
