Volkswagen Sales Administrator

We require a Vehicle Sales Administrator of the highest calibre to join our busy office at our Volkswagen Dealership in Birmingham to look after the Vehicle Administration for our Volkswagen Group brands. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are ordered, taxed, the use of AFRL, invoiced & paperwork ready, to be delivered to customers ensuring that the customer’s expectations of the dealership are met in relation to the level of service they receive.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Vehicle administration experience
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be numerate and pay attention to detail
- Have exceptional customer service and people skills
Good administration skills along with an excellent telephone manner are essential.
Minimum 12 months experience of working in an office environment with good computer skills.

Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
