Qualifications
Experience of working in a customer contact centre environment, providing excellence in service to the customer- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Highly developed soft skills and a strong will to serve
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good social and interpersonal skills
- Good listening skills
- Flexible enough to work as a blended agent across channels, Inbound and Aftersales, handling phone and email enquiries
- Excellent problem solving skills; solution focused
- Quality focused with attention to detail
- A genuine interest in the campaign brand with experience and knowledge of Power Tools
- Empathetic, a warm, helpful and positive approach
- Proactive, confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Takes ownership and is accountable
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A team player
- IT Savvy with good MS Office (Word and Excel) and keyboard skills

- Monday – Friday 0800 – 1600 or 0900 - 1700
