We are looking for a school or college leaver/someone looking for their first opportunity into the advertising industry to join our multi award-winning agency as a junior office manager/IT support.


We are passionate about coaching our people to develop and this is a great role to be able to do just that. We are looking for someone who wants to see how agencies run and operate and get some solid experience across all aspects of the agency.


At first, the role will be broad allowing you to interact with all team members at all levels. As things develop throughout your first year there will be opportunity to work with different departments and gain a sound knowledge of the way an advertising agency is run. Longer term there may be the opportunity to pursue a career in a chosen area that best fits and plays to your skillsets.


You’ll need to be keen, driven, have a lot of common sense and be organised. You’ll be curious with an innate desire to learn. Written and verbal communication should be solid.


Main areas of responsibility will be managing the office, assisting the Resource and IT managers to help them in their day to day and organising our teams to deliver our award-winning work.


What you’ll do:

Office Management/IT

  • Ordering office supplies/needs/consumables, working with suppliers to manage competitive costs
  • Weekly office food & bar shop. Restocking food and snack cupboards in the office as needed. Coffee machine maintenance.
  • Meet and greet Visitors/Clients
  • Booking travel for some of our EMEA colleagues
  • Keeping storage units in order
  • Office safety: First Aid and Fire Marshalls
  • Meeting room etiquette and bookings plus any required catering/IT needs
  • General office appearance
  • Deliveries/post/couriers
  • Managing the Display screens around the office


Assist the Resource Manager with the following:

  • Daily check in with creatives to confirm workload
  • Review time sheets weekly to ensure accurate time recording against planned workload
  • Review holiday requests to ensure adequate staff coverage
  • Assist with the onboarding new members of the team, offboarding leavers and freelance staffing support
