Job Description
Our bridal boutique is hiring friendly, outgoing Bridal Consultants to help customers find their dream wedding dress. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is able to take detailed measurements and demonstrate the proper way to lace a wedding dress, and also has an eye for elegance and detail. The successful candidate will learn the ins and outs of our company, while working in a fun and family-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet the client and provide a warm welcome.
- Look after the bride, managing the schedule and situation.
- Be able to talk about their inventory.
- Answer questions and be knowledgeable about the products.
- Provide a warm welcome to the bride and groom, family and guests.
- Handle any wedding-day problems that occur.
- Anticipate customer needs and accommodate them as required.
- Maintain good customer service at all times.
- General steaming and shop tidying is required
- please note wedding dresses are heavy and you'll need to be able to lift without it causing you any issues. On average a wedding dress can be up to 5kg.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-26 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
