What’s the job?
Using your experience of dealing with clients on all levels, you will contact, fact find, advise on and ultimately sell financial protection products over the telephone and on a face-to-face basis.
Leads will be provided, but you will also have the freedom to source your own leads through referrals and other company-backed schemes. We pride ourselves on allowing our staff the flexibility of running their own diary and managing their own working hours subject to production targets being achieved.

Assurelife are directly authorised by the FCA to provide advice on a range of financial protection products such as life assurance, critical illness and income protection.

What will you offer?
- Experience of working within a sales role
- Insurance industry experience and product knowledge (preferred)
- Be extremely self-motivated
- Good communication and literacy skills
- Be presentable with excellent customer service skills
- Be IT literate
What will you receive?
- Basic starting salary of £19,500, to be reviewed quarterly and increasing to £29,000 depending on performance.
- Bonus package based on commission generated, some of which is payable immediately and some paid over a longer period. Very achievable OTE - £30,000 - £40,000, however, annual earnings of over £40,000 is very achievable. There is no upper limit to what you can earn.
