As the successful Customer Service Coordinator your duties will be:
- Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
- Provide support to customers
- Process customer orders and produce quotations
- Advise the customer on availability of products, pricing and discounts
- Create and maintain relationships with customers
- Demonstrate commercial awareness
- Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong telephone manner

To be successful in this Customer Service Coordinator role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a salary between £22,000 - £24,000 per annum. This position is 37.5hrs per week working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm.
