Job Description

Bramber Bakehouse provides women with the confidence, knowledge and skills for a positive future. Our baking, wellbeing and life skills programmes are designed to support women who've experienced abuse, exploitation or displacement.

Progression Support Coordinator
We are looking for a bright, approachable and caring individual to support the women we work with, after graduating from the initial Bramber Bakehouse programme.

The successful candidate will support women in the creation of progression pathways, helping women to understand their purpose and work towards independence. The successful candidate will also create and implement a mentoring scheme, manage volunteers and develop trusted partnerships with businesses and organisations who’re able to provide voluntary or paid work experience opportunities.

Title: Progression Support Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Working - at least one day a week spent in the office, located in Eastbourne. Must be able to travel within the Eastbourne and Brighton areas, supporting women face-to-face where necessary
Hours: 4 days a week / 28 hours per week - we operate a Flexible Working Policy and would be open to flexibility for the right candidate. There will be occasions where evenings or weekends are required but these are not often.
Salary: £24,700 - £27,000 FTE, depending on experience
Length: This is a two year fixed term contract with the possibility of extension, subject to funding
Reporting to: CEO
