- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT system clerk or a technical degree (e.g. business informatics)
- You have experience connecting systems to interfaces
- You are process-oriented and see yourself as a service provider – internally and externally
- You are committed, work proactively and find the balance between quality and quantity
- You have already managed customer projects independently
- You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working with international teams
- You are responsible for custom e-commerce projects
- You support your colleagues in technical workshops at the customer's location or remotely
- Together with your team, you find the most efficient, customized integration solutions
- You are responsible for integrating our enterprise customers into the Tradebyte system as quickly as possible
- You are actively involved in the transfer of knowledge within your team
- Your goal is to understand customers and their processes so you can present and implement optimal solutions
