WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT system clerk or a technical degree (e.g. business informatics)
• You have experience connecting systems to interfaces
• You are process-oriented and see yourself as a service provider – internally and externally
• You are committed, work proactively and find the balance between quality and quantity
• You have already managed customer projects independently
• You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working with international teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for custom e-commerce projects
• You support your colleagues in technical workshops at the customer's location or remotely
• Together with your team, you find the most efficient, customized integration solutions
• You are responsible for integrating our enterprise customers into the Tradebyte system as quickly as possible
• You are actively involved in the transfer of knowledge within your team
• Your goal is to understand customers and their processes so you can present and implement optimal solutions
