The Marketing team are responsible for ensuring that all of OGT’s products and services are packaged and communicated in the most effective manner. This role requires a good team player with strong communication and administrative skills, as you will be working and liaising with colleagues across sales, other departments and suppliers.
Your duties will include:
- Provide the marketing team with administrative support; being the first point of contact for incoming correspondence
- Assist with implementation of digital marketing activities
- Support with analysing digital metrics and compilation of reports
- Implementing and coordinating additional online activities as required
- Assisting with content for social media
- Provide support and update the company website with OGT products and company information
- Support the coordination of trade shows and event management; providing support with logistics, shipping, catering and more
- CRM administration
- Responsible for marketing literature and collateral; checking stock levels and updating as appropriate.
What were looking for in you:
Essential
- Educated to A level or ideally degree level or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Digital awareness.
Desirable
- Scientific background
- Previous Sales or Marketing experience
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with CRM databases
- Event management administration.
