We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Strength and Conditioning coach to join us in September 2023 to be part of our Performance Sports Programme (PSP). With state of art performance gym and equipment this facilitates a programme that supports all sports scholars and any pupils nominated to be a part of the PSP. This is a full and varied role in one of the leading co-educational boarding and day schools in the country set in the beautiful county of Dorset.
A talented strength and conditioning coach with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working and eager to play an important role in the PSP team and its endeavours. Interpersonal relationships, rapport and person-centred working will be important to you as you seek to develop the individuals engaged in our PSP programmes.
The successful candidate will reside in staff accommodation within a boarding house and play a central role in the running of the boarding house. There is a vibrant community of staff living on site, many of whom also undertake residential boarding house duties with accommodation provided. Full induction and support will be available, and there exists great opportunities for professional development as a part of this programme.
