What You Will Do As a Sales Consultant:
You will thrive on providing excellent customer service to Brides/ Prom girls and their relatives/friends. This will involve everything from welcoming customers advising of styles and products, to styling Brides and Prom girls and making sure that our stock is well displayed and cared for. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in finding their perfect wedding or prom dress and accessories. You will offer advice, about the company’s products and prices, stock availability and provide advice on alterations where applicable. Working individually and as part of a team, training will be given and is ideal of applicants that have worked in bridal/prom or even if you haven’t worked in this sector before.
A Bit More About the Role:
- Warmly welcome the customers into store and provide all the information that they will need to know about their visit to us.
-Support the customer to select dresses to try on by confidently utilising product knowledge.
- Assisting in the fitting room, if desired by the customer, ensuring the correct sizing and fit of the dress.
What We Can Expect From You:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Proficient level of numeracy and literacy.
- Previous experience in a sales role.
Please note that as the role involves assisting brides and prom girls in a state of undress, we can only accept applications from females. This role is exempt from the Equality Act due to reasons of decency.
