An opportunity has arisen for Service engineer to join our team. Ramage Windows are a family firm specialising in the manufacturing and installing of high quality windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries. With a factory and showroom based in Killingworth.
This job is for a Service Engineer, ex - Installer or Upvc Fabricator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within our industry.
This role is to cover both our Domestic Installations and our New Build Installations, which areas cove the North of England.
The Service Engineer is an essential role to rectify product and installation related faults, throughout our excellent 10-year warranty guaranteed period.
· Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify the fault
· Making repairs or installations in a timely manor keeping good customer service.
· Making sure stock levels on your van are maintained to complete the service calls.
· Identifying and communicating back to base to ensure a continuous Improvement to our service department.
· Completion of paperwork and accurately documenting information about each call.
· We need a Person with a passion - For the products we sell and for the work you do
· Excellent Communication skills are required to communicate with our customers and the rest of the teams
· Identifying what jobs take priority for the benefit of the company & customers
· Completing each job in a timely manor, with a “Right First Time” approach
· Have pride in your work, can remain focused and motivated
· Van & Power tools provided (for business use only)
The candidate would need to live within a 0 to 25 mile radius of Killingworth, be flexible and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, in line with our excellent reputation for quality and service.
Please note this role is within a fast paced environment and will require a energetic candidate to compliment to role.

Salary: From £22,000.00 per year
