Genesis is a financial services company, based in London and operating throughout the UK. We assist consumer clients to find borrowing to fit their needs eg mortgages and secured loans. We work with business clients to raise debt and equity capital. We are looking for a new Sales Associate to join our small, high-energy and dedicated team. Our business clients are exclusively high net worth individuals and large companies and you will be working directly with executive teams across many industries. Job description

SALES ASSOCIATE
£30,000 + Annual Bonus to £38,000 + Annual Bonus

This is a remote work job unless you are based in London or Edinburgh, where there will be opportunity to take a hybrid approach.

IN THE ROLE YOU WILL...
Prospect research and outreach; finding new clients for the business and engaging with them
Client relationship management; managing current and potential client relationships to the benefit of Breakthrough Global
Report writing; producing reports for c-suite clients
Proofing; overviewing the production of proposals, reports and marketing materials
CEO calendar management; ad hoc management of the CEO’s calendar
Working ad hoc with marketing department; producing social media materials bi-monthly
Lead meetings and outcome and discovery calls with potential clients to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships, especially with the members of the clients executive teams
Sourcing leads and converting them into clients
Be the face of Breakthrough in all your interactions with potential clients, and generate new business
Create client-specific briefs and project timelines
Support the CEO to generate informed proposals for new client partnership opportunities
Actively use our CRM and campaign system

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO…

Is confident and comfortable working with various online platforms (expertise in CRM is an advantage)

Demonstrates excellent project management skills with fantastic attention to detail

Writing proposals and making pitches for business development
Leading meetings
Preparing proposals
Training consultancy
