Design Technology Technician – Waltham Forest – ASAP Start
A successful and forward-thinking Waltham Forest Secondary School are seeking a experienced DT Technician to be part of a team of technicians supporting both DT staff and students at key stages 3-5. This is a part time role working 8:30am – 11:30am, Monday to Friday, term time only. The pay for this role is £13-£16 per hour.
About the role:
The school are looking for an experienced DT Technician to be part of a team of technicians supporting both DT staff and students at key stages 3-5. The primary role will be to prepare materials and resources and provide professional technical support to enhance the delivery of the curriculum by the DT department. The DT department is a strong department who work collaboratively and are fully supportive of both staff and students. The ideal candidate should have experience working with basic machinery such as a bandsaw, circular saw, planer and router etc
