I require a PA to support me around 8 hours per week.
3 hours Tuesdays & Thursdays (4-7pm).
Maybe 2 hours on a Sunday
My PA must have Patience and perseverance, be positive and have a cheerful nature.
They must have a good sense of humour and be open minded.
Not easily offended, have excellent listening skills.
Be able to keep things simple ( not over-complicate).
I need to feel a connection and be able to build a rapport slowly for me to build up trust.
It is important to be clear and concise communication, excellent communication skills.
A good understanding and knowledge of neurodiversity and complex autism.
My PA must also have a good understanding of challenging behaviour and mental health.
Must have own car.
My PA must have ability to stay calm and act/think quickly, be able to multi task.
Energetic.
DBS checked and up to date.
Be able to plan and prioritise but being flexible enough for last minute changes.
