You must be able to work well within a team. we have a very busy kitchen and need to expand our team.We are looking at taking on Chef's &/or Kitchen Assistants
· Must have a passion for food, Emphasis on good quality and high volume
· Busy 4 star Country Inn with 27 bedrooms
· Enjoy producing high quality home-made food – we even make our own chips!
· Menu continuously changes and we expect specials to be seasonal made from fresh local produce.
· As well as more senior positions we also have roles ideal for college leavers looking to take on their 1st role, with a wealth of knowledge available from our senior chef's.
· Candidates must be able to work well in a team and work well with others & perform well under pressure.
We are a thriving seasonal 4 star Country Inn located on the stunning Gower peninsular on the outskirts of Swansea. Please do not apply without researching the area, own transport is required.

We serve food from breakfast through lunch to evening dinner. Our rooms are of a high standard so we expect our food to be in the same league.
WHAT WE OFFER
· We offer competitive rates of pay. These are negotiable and are dependent on the position offered and your ability and experience within the industry.
Competitive salary, above National Minimum Wage - (depending on experience)
· We can offer full or part time hours depending on your availability, can also offer 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off.
· We are able to offer permanent and temporary contacts, again dependent on circumstances.
· Full statutory entitlements are offered including holiday times and pension plan.
· We are able to offer SHARED ACCOMMODATION but these vacancies will affect the remuneration offered.

Salary: £200.00-£800.00 per week
