About the Role:
Remitly is looking to hire a talented Recruiter (on a Fixed-Term Contract) to our growing international recruitment team based either in London or Cork.
In this role, you'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth by identifying, assessing, and closing top talent. You will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand Remitly's goals and the people/talent needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate empathy, equity and inclusion, efficient processes, whilst building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. You Will:
Plan and execute multiple new models to improve velocity and increase overall hiring capacity
Partner with Hiring Leaders to build and execute sourcing strategies across different geographical markets
Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Manage the interview process and participate in interview training to upskill the business leaders in interviewing techniques
Proactively get involved in global projects to consistently enhance Remitly's recruitment processes with a lens on creating efficiencies throughout the entire recruitment process and proactively identifying areas for improvements
Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through to onboarding and closing
Execute new approaches, channels, events and models
Stay up-to-date with current thinking in recruiting, research new possibilities and suggest new ways to compete in the market for strategic impact
Support hiring in our European offices (UK & Ireland), as well as in other global locations
You'll Have:
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment
Proven stakeholder management - building relationships and working with leaders and cross-functional teams
Experience sourcing in various geographical markets and job functions
You love your craft and have a passion for serving our international customers
You believe recruiters are not robots and value human connections
