We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Club Assistant to join our hotel; you should be able to deliver amazing hospitality and thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. You should have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with members and guests. You should have a warm, personable nature and a can do attitude. In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Key responsibilities for the Leisure Club Assistant are;

Welcome and acknowledge all guests; anticipate and address guests' service needs at all times, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Ensure that the reception desk is efficiently run and that guest care & satisfaction is a focus throughout the shift.

Be responsible for the supervision & safety of guests and members in accordance with Company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.

Maintain and manage the leisure diary ensuring all bookings are inputted directly upon receipt and updated when necessary.

Take enquiries and bookings in an efficient manner and encourage maximum sales revenue for the overall profitability of the club.

Be responsibility for the cleanliness of the club at all times in accordance with Leisure Club procedures.

Schedule tee times for golfers and spa treatments for clients as requested.

Take orders, dispense drinks and serve at tables where necessary.

Promote and sell golf and leisure shop merchandise to guests and members.

Sell and process club memberships along with promoting the clubs services.

Promote facilities with a focus on memberships and achieving forecasted targets.

Observe activities throughout the facilities and maintain poolside cover as appropriate during shift.
