Overview:
Location - Our offices are based in Manchester, Macclesfield, London and Marlow but we are open to applications from all over the UK as we have remote and flexible hybrid working policies.

The Opportunity

The Project Management team partner with our Business Units and Creative and Digital departments and are responsible for the delivery of projects for our clients. The Project Management team, work with available in-house expertise as-well as third-party suppliers, and provide appropriate direction, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations and are delivered within scope, on time, and in budget.

Responsibilities:
A Senior Project Manager at Lucid is responsible for:
  • Overseeing end-to-end delivery to the highest quality, managing all stakeholders
  • Creation of all project documentation including scoping documents, developing estimates, creating project plans
  • Ability to unpick needs, ask questions and translate into plans, supporting on the briefing process and requirements required to deliver successfully
  • Driving projects to completion
  • Building strong working relationships with client services teams’, being an established point of contact on project delivery and advocate for process
  • Managing multiple projects with large budgets
  • Booking resource and attending weekly resource meetings to ensure that requirements are covered
  • Reports back to the Senior Project Management team on project status and financials
  • Empowering internal teams to get work done
  • Highlighting key issues and resolving them quickly
  • Encouraging optimal works of working
  • Setting standards for the team
  • Mentoring junior team members across discipline, supporting in their progression and upskilling their knowledge of digital and the steps required to deliver a project

They are ambassadors for Lucid Group process, helping upskill those around on creative, digital and motion projects.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who have the following skills:

Essential skills
  • Extensive experience managing projects ranging from branding, digital (web, app, CRM) and motion
  • Formal project management training (e.g Prince2 or Agile)
  • Ability to explain process and influence teams along the project journey
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, working across multiple projects
  • Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry understanding ABPI rules to support in guidance of delivery
  • Ability to manage teams to bring projects in on time and on budget
  • Demonstrate strong senior stakeholder management skills (clients and internal teams) with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced project planning software skills such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet
  • Manage end-to-end project life cycle including scoping, project timelines, estimating, reporting risk and quality management

Desirable skills
  • Problem solving skills with a positive approach
  • Lead, engage and motivate cross-functional teams in structure approach
  • Experience working with different project methodologies
  • Worked alongside client services, managing briefings for creatives and project teams
  • Ability to work unsupervised, in teams and stand alone
  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in successfully utilising "soft skills" or "people skills"
