Job title: Executive Secretary

Salary: £39,316+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the daily activities of two Directors , including full diary management ,paperwork, travel arrangements, location planning and catering as required
- Coordinating and facilitating the successful delivery of Key Events/Conferences/VIP Visits as and when required
- Managing Stakeholders
- Managing travel expenses and diary work
- Planning & Organising, Teamwork and Collaboration
- Managing sensitive information including up to OS
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Work at a senior level with excellent administrative skills
- Be able to prioritise multiple tasks, working to tight deadlines and be confident in producing high quality work
- Experience of organising meetings; and standard travel/expenses including diary bookings and management
- Appropriately deal with highly sensitive, confidential and privileged information
- Super User status of: Concur, Success Factors, Workspace, Webex, Coupa

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to support the Directors within the FCAS business. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced secretary to carry out this busy role. The successful candidate will be required to interact on a daily basis with senior people, both external and internal to the business
