Sodexo Government have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our busy team. This role is home based with regular opportunities to travel and connect with stakeholders and colleagues.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manger will be responsible for the segment marketing collateral, offerings and associated assets, ensuring they are continually refreshed. In addition to this they will also need to support and advice senior management on the segment offers and services and how best to improve.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience working within a previous Marketing role along with a related qualification, should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken along with experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
- To be responsible for ensuring the segment offers, collateral, and all associated assets are continually refreshed and fit for purpose
- Maintain the accuracy of the segment services playbook
- Maintain a library of high-quality and dynamic assets for use across the business
- Support the campaigns manager with access to relevant offer information
- Project manage refresh programme and the development of new offers and services, adapt centrally produced offers and services where required to meet the needs of the segment
- Support (from a marketing perspective) the deployment of new offers and any projects in which marketing plays a role, act as a support for the operations team from a marketing perspective.
- To undertake defined projects to upgrade, refresh and improve existing offers and services using customer insight and experience of marketing best practices in the food and FM space
- Oversee the production and deployment of all marketing collateral (including digital assets) within the segment, own the refresh programme, and ensure that the operations team has access to high-quality collateral and all associated tools to deliver the service
- Advise senior management based on insight how the segment’s offers and services can be improved and more closely meet the needs of customers
- Support the business development process from a marketing point of view, and support projects that underpin client

The Ideal Candidate
- Graduate or post-graduate calibre in marketing or a related subject (ideally with experience in catering and retail)
- Experience of digital would be desirable alongside working with agencies
- Significant experience in a similar general marketing or food service development role
- Hungry and seeking to develop career in a large organisation
- A self-starter, able to develop a plan and execute
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and across different teams and levels of seniority
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Influencing skills
- Data driven with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Experience of supporting the business development process and working within a complex bid structure retention.
