Strengthen INVERTO’S international market positioning. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our global market positioning strategy to strengthen INVERTO’s international reputation. In alignment with the senior leadership team, you will identify, prioritise and monitor the execution of INVERTO’s overarching marketing strategy, which will include setting up a global communication strategy and corporate image.
Big Picture. You will create and manage the annual marketing process and be responsible for budgeting and forecasting on a corporate level. On top of that you will be able to bring insights into upcoming trends, best practices and opportunities within the industry.
Driving INVERTO’s growth. You will take responsibility for managing and developing the international growth of the Marketing team by growing our London Marketing team, supporting our long-term markets (i.e. Germany) and building up local marketing teams in our new markets (i.e. in France and Italy). We are looking for a forward-thinking leader, continuously optimising existing structures and processes, and establishing new ones where necessary to ensure the continual growth of the Group as a whole.
Diverse stakeholder management. You will mediate between our Managing Directors, senior leaders, internal and external partners, BCG counterparts and the (international) Marketing team. You will facilitate communication between these teams and ensure that they are able to work together seamlessly. Furthermore, you will foster the collaboration with other internal departments, such as the Employer Branding team. You will use reporting and systematic monitoring systems to successfully manage and deliver your marketing and event initiatives.
