The Job:
Job Title: HR Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

Analyse and assess attorney caseloads, experience, feedback and availability to effectively staff them and support workforce allocation

Prepare staffing proposals and communicate expectations with attorneys and senior leadership

Coordinate orientation sessions and prepare meetings with new partners and associates
-
Maintain data accuracy across platforms to track staffing needs and financial forecasting
-
Prepare critical staffing analysis for regular Partner and management meetings
-
Collaborate with other teams and system managers to identify opportunity for improvements and efficiencies in team operations
What is the company looking for?

Strong background in a legal practice is highly desirable
-
3-5 years' in a professional services organisation

Strong MS Excel proficiency required

A solutions-oriented and analytical approach to work

Excellent communication skills, capability to initiate rapport with junior and senior team members
