What you'll be doing:

Our customers come to us because we have a reputation for continuously challenging the industry to do things better, with innovation and excellence at our core. You'll be a key part of the team that makes this happen and helps us to keep pushing the boundaries.

You will be responsible for the FP&A reporting for Kinesys and the Wider Technology business as well as being the first point of contact for all TAIT related projects that Kinesys are working on.


How you'll do it:

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help promote a continuous improvement culture within Kinesys
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help promote a continuous improvement culture within the Technologies Business
  • Be the main point of contact for all TAIT related project costs and revenue
  • You'll provide ongoing analysis of company revenue by region, product type, route to market etc and the communication of the findings to the General Manager
  • Develop a close relationship with the Business Development team and review pricing for direct and distributors customers for products
  • Support Service and Support with pricing structure for repair jobs
  • To assist in the preparation of Budget plans, forecasts and finance plans for the Kinesys Group and R&D Business
  • Develop a strong relationship with the current Financial Controller to help improve month-end reporting, cashflow projections and forecasting sales
  • Demonstrate effective working relationships with different stakeholders across the Kinesys and TAIT businesses

Your experience and knowledge:

  • Graduate and/or CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified or Finalist (essential)
  • Significant experience in planning and forecasting budgets
  • Some experience working in a finance function in a manufacturing and engineering environment
  • You're proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. Epicor experience would be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management
  • An innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Reliability, flexibility, organised, attention to detail, ability to work to strict deadlines
