Hewett have been recruiting across Herefordshire & Worcestershire and the surrounding areas for over 40 years and are entering an exciting period of growth. To help drive this we are seeking 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants to focus on our expansion in to Gloucestershire, driving new business within the IT and Engineering sectors. Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you will be a full 360 Consultant, developing relationships and managing the whole recruitment process to a successful end.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record recruiting within the IT or Engineering markets, preferably across the Gloucestershire and South West region. You will be able to evidence how you have built up your client base using a variety of Business Development methods, including using the phone, networking and targeted email campaigns. Hewett Recruitment have an outstanding reputation and your BD ability should allow you to leverage this and grow a successful desk in a new geographical area.

The salary for this IT or Engineering Recruitment Consultant position is £25-35,000, depending on experience, with regular performance-related reviews and a structured career path with specific targets for promotions. We have offices in Kidderminster and Worcester and access to co-working spaces in Gloucestershire and the option to work from home. You could be based anywhere across the West Midlands and the South West, although a strong knowledge of the geography of Gloucestershire would be preferable.
