As SLR continues to grow in the UK, we require someone to support the finance team. The role will be based at the London, Manchester or Nottingham office and the applicant would be a member of the UK finance team. The role invoices extensive interactions with Project Managers in the wider business and is key to the support of the Operations.
The role
Within this role your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Verifying projects details, setting and approving projects for billing

Preparing and issuing clients’ final monthly invoices or credit notes

Assisting Project Managers on billing queries relating to their projects

Actively engaging with Product Managers to improve billing cycle and workflow

Supporting CFM to improve billing process control

Ad hoc reporting and accounting duties
There is also the potential for us to support you in obtaining or studying towards a relevant qualification e.g AAT

We are looking for someone with experience in a finance team or hands-on use of a finance system.
