The historic High Bridge Café is where the Stokes story began and it’s the flagship site in our collection. This is why we’re looking for an experienced General Manager with a keen eye for detail who’s fanatical about continuously delivering the highest quality. You’ll possess an entrepreneurial flair that will help promote and drive customer growth while maintaining the highest levels of quality and service that Stokes has become famous for.
Our ideal candidate to join our growing team of Stokes Leaders is:
- A savvy people leader and natural coach who’s passionate about helping others and themselves to realise their full potential - because they understand that it’s people that really make the difference
- A finessed and experienced General Manager who is fanatical about achieving excellence in quality and service
- A real foodie who not only understands the kitchen workings, but cares deeply about the presentation and service of the food coming out of it
- Able to show a proven track record in driving sales and making sure customers get a great service every time.
- Comfortable with the financials and working closely with a senior management team
