Job Description
An exciting PA role has arisen within a well established Lending organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Dealing with travel requirements, booking flights, accommodation, cars, chauffeurs, transfers, and visas
- Accurate and confidential management of all correspondence (emails, calls, and mail) and maintaining an effective filing system
- Preparing expenses (company credit card)
- Maintaining service / maintenance for vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc.
- Managing property portfolio, including property abroad
- Co-ordinating social events, booking dinners, sourcing venues, and managing logistical requirements.
- Running errands, and any other duties upon request
- Maintaining and protecting confidentiality regarding all aspects of Managing Director and company information
- Organising and managing diary schedule co-ordinating meetings, booking rooms and preparing required paperwork Skills and Competencies
