Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our team based in Holly Court, Yeovil.

You will work as part of a small reception team within South Somerset Community Mental Health services providing reception duties and administrative support.

You will be responible for:

Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive at Reception.
Informing clinicians of the arrival of the client.
Answering the telephone, taking messages and passing to appropriate personnel.
To work flexibly as part of a team to meet service need.
