Job Description
The post holder will provide a high-quality financial management service throughout the Trust this will include reporting on the income and expenditure position including achievement of CIP to the Trust’s Assurance Committees, NHSE and South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).
The post holder will support the Deputy Director of Finance in the delivery of annual financial plans and their translation into agreed budgets across the organization.

To oversee the provision of robust operational and business information across the organisation to support: Executive and Trust Board decision makingTrust Policies and Procedures.
To lead the Financial Management team in the provision of an effective financial management service, ensuring that processes and procedures are in place so that all internal and external reporting timescales arein place so that all internal and external reporting timescales are achieved.
To lead on (alongside the Assistant Director of Finance – Financial Services) the delivery of all statutory returns and required monitoring information g. Annual Accounts, NHSE and ICB returns.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures as they apply to duties and responsibilities. In particular the post holder needs to become familiar with Health & Safety responsibilities, Standing Financial Instructions and Standing Orders.
