Are you a proactive Team player who loves to get things done? We are looking Commercial Financial Analyst. The role will be mainly focused on the support of stress testing within EDB Finance, in particular the ILAAP.
You’ll be the main analyst working closely with the EDB business product & finance teams to support the ILAAP stress testing as well as the other internal (ICAAP) & external (PRA) stress tests. As our Commercial Financial Analyst you’ll be working closely with the Everyday Banking product & Finance teams for both asset & liability products, to update models and support the assumptions for the stress testing. You will also work on other initiatives to support the EDB finance teams.

Producing insightful analysis and present to senior management
Ensuring consistent approach to ILAAP & other stress testing across all EDB product areas,
Ensuring all work is managed in a controlled manner and impacts to risks continually monitored and reviewed
As the main contact on ILAAP stress testing, you will work closely with EBD product and finance teams
Supporting the wider EDB finance teams with other work requirements
What you’ll bring.
Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent and/or experience in a Financial Service environment
Strong numeracy, with excellent analytical skills
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience working within a team and having a collaborative approach
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management at various levels
Proactive individual who can has the ability to take ownership and use their own initiative

This is a full-time permanent position offering flexible working between home and the office.
