Fleetmaxx are an independent vehicle and fleet services provider, helping our customers to reduce their risk and running costs. Since forming in 2019 we have grown the business and now have the need for 2 additional Fuelcard Administrative Assistants based at out head office in Motherwell.
Fleetmaxx Solutions are part of the Oilfast Family, we have helped over 50,000 customers ranging from different industries like HGV operators, couriers& fleet managers to sole traders just starting out. Our Motherwell office specialise in matching businesses with their best suited fuel card to the organisations needs, to help them reduce their running costs. The team at Motherwell will listen to your business needs and help organise the best tracking, vehicle camera, video telematics or even the best business insurance solutions. Our Motherwell team will be able to cater our solutions to either diesel, petrol or electric vehicles.
Skills, Requirements
- A high level of accuracy is required for this role to ensure the needs of our customers and sales teams are met.
- Must be able to work as part of a busy team.
- Excellent communication with others is required.
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work to timescales to ensure customers receive cards
- Previous experince in an Admin role would be beneficial
Main tasks
- General Admin Tasks, emails, excel, internal communication
- Arranging for Cards to be sent out to customers
- Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
- Working within a team to meet our customers needs
- Picking up additional tasks when required
- Sending and responding to emails
Working hours for these roles are
8am-4.30pm Monday- Thursday
8.30am-2.30pm Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
